„An absolute disaster! The receptionist is characterized above all by her work ethic... I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and arrived on time. At the practice itself, a bustling medical assistant greeted me warmly but was clearly stressed about getting everything ready. At 8:15 a.m., one of the two receptionists finally emerged from the nurses' station, grumbling, after the medical assistant had pointed out that they were already behind schedule and needed to get started. At 8:45 a.m. (!!!), the resident physician hadn't even arrived at the practice. I was told to be patient... when I asked how long it would take for the doctor to arrive (!), the grumpy receptionist became rude and cheeky... I can't comment on the treatment itself, as it didn't happen, and with this kind of treatment of patients and their time, it never will. I completely understand if a treatment takes longer and you have to wait, but having to wait because the doctor didn't show up for work was a new experience for me. Two out of three staff members were nice and polite, but one bad apple spoils the party... What a shame.“
